Eduzia (“we”, “our”) operates the eduzia.com website and the Eduzia LMS application used by coaching institutes, their staff, students, and guardians.

Information we collect

Institute administrators provide institute and user data (names, emails, phone numbers, exam results, fee records). Students and guardians use the app under their institute’s account. Technical logs (IP, device, audit events) support security and support.

How we use data

• Deliver LMS features (exams, fees, notifications, certificates)
• Process payments via Razorpay or Stripe on behalf of your institute
• Send service emails and in-app notifications configured by the institute
• Improve security, prevent abuse, and comply with law

Sharing

We use subprocessors (cloud hosting, email, payment providers) under contracts. We do not sell personal data. Institutes control what guardians and students see within their tenant.

Retention & rights
