By using eduzia.com or registering an institute on the Eduzia LMS, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

Service

Eduzia provides a multi-tenant learning and operations platform. Features, limits, and pricing depend on your subscription plan. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled.

Institute responsibilities

• Accurate registration data and lawful use of student/guardian data
• Configuring exam and security settings appropriate for your policies
• Paying subscription and transaction fees per your plan and payment provider

Acceptable use

No unauthorized access, malware, scraping at scale, or misuse of exam integrity features. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risk.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is within commercially reasonable efforts. Institutes remain responsible for academic decisions, fee disputes with parents, and compliance with local education regulations.
